Who am I?

Have mixer, will bake.

I am a young professional, with a Master's in strategic communications, working for "the man" - and I love to bake.

I think that the purpose of this blog is more of a way to keep myself conscious of the reasons why I bake and their meanings. It's more than just an exercise in culinary pontification - it's a way to share with the rest of the world (friends and family included) what baking means to me. And who knows, maybe someone will learn something while reading what I have to say. Because with every baking experience, I know I learn something new!
